Yes, for families who want space and security rather than organised activity. A staffed gate, almost no traffic, large lots, tennis and pickleball courts, and hospitals and groceries minutes away. Schools and clubs are in Cabo San Lucas, ten to fifteen minutes down the highway.

Mostly single-storey ranch-style houses on large lots, with open living areas, covered terraces and a private pool. Because the lots are big, there is usually room to extend or add a casita. There are no condominiums or townhouses inside the community.

Tennis and pickleball courts, quiet streets and open desert behind the houses. There is no community pool or playground — swimming happens in private pools, and organised programmes are in town. Club Polo Cabo inside the development runs a polo school.

Schools, including international and bilingual options, are in Cabo San Lucas — ten to fifteen minutes away — and in San José del Cabo, roughly forty-five minutes. Check the run to the specific school you want before committing to a lot.

Inside the gate, yes — traffic is minimal and the lots are large. Two cautions: most private pools here are unfenced unless an owner has fenced them, and the Pacific beaches below the community have strong surf and no lifeguards, so they are for walking rather than swimming.

Cycling and walking in the community, desert trails behind it, horse riding from the polo club, beach walks and whale watching on the Pacific coast below, and swimming, snorkelling and paddleboarding at Médano Beach or the Sea of Cortez coves. Golf at Rancho San Lucas, Diamante or Solmar.

It has the ingredients that tend to hold value: a gated community close to town, a fixed supply of large ocean-view lots, and prices well below the Corridor. It is a smaller, thinner market than the Corridor though, so the specific lot or house matters more here than the community average does.
